Mr. Cesar Herrera has successfully navigated diverse industries, including finance, real estate, mining, and international brokering between pharmaceutical companies. He successfully negotiated the FDA registration of a South American manufacturer, leveraging his extensive worldwide network to cultivate strong business relationships that have propelled him to success across various sectors.
With over 26 years of experience as a loan broker, Mr. Herrera has been instrumental in raising hundreds of millions of dollars for syndication projects and construction development. He has also been actively involved in the mergers of two previous public companies. Additionally, Mr. Herrera has successfully fundraised for innovative R&D projects that are now progressing through regulatory approval. Among these achievements, he played a key role in successfully registering psilocybin spores with the KFDA, now the MFDS, in South Korea—further showcasing his expertise in regulatory navigation.
As part of his contributions to the mining industry, Mr. Herrera negotiated and introduced satellite imaging technology to enhance the exploration process for a mining partner, demonstrating his forward-thinking approach to strategic partnerships and innovation.
